All classes are held on Mondays 12.30 to 2.30pm

Erena Barrett, our tutor is a talented cook who enjoys sharing her knowledge and skills. Erena has bought up a family on a limited income so knows how to provide cheap nutritious meals without breaking the bank.
Erena’s classes are unique when compared to similar courses offered elsewhere – they are practical hands on – that means you do the cooking too, (not having to go home and try to remember how it was done) Secondly, Erena wants to know what you would like to learn before planning for the course, students are not told what they will learn.
